POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:

Properly prepare the daily and monthly Cash-flow report for MX entities, keep in touch with suppliers that have agreements with Controllership, manage and request Controllership requisitions to cover the annual expenses for MX, GL Accounting records related with the saving box, make the daily investment with banks, Manage insurance policies to support the Mexico’s operation, Making the weekly and monthly cash templates requested by Corporate. Support on generate information requested by Corporate; Support on Internal and External Audit requirements.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:  

1.   Preparation of Accounting Reconciliation of Saving Box.
2.   Follow up on Banking topics with bank executives.
3.   Support on preparation of reports and information requested by Corporate and timely delivered in accordance with a corporate calendar.
4.   Effectively and timely communicate with different levels of the Company
5.   Support on requests from Internal & External Auditors.
6.   Perform activities, processes, task and procedures within the Company’s Policies and Procedures and SOX Frameworks.
7.   Assist with other related tasks and deliverables on an as needed basis.
8.   Having a controls-based mindset and ensuring SOD guidelines are met without exception.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Skills:

•   Accounting, Internal Controls, and SOD,
•   Microsoft Excel intermediate level
•   Ability to be a team player
•   Ability to adapt to who evolves the Organization
•   Strong client orientation.
•   Attention to details

Languages: 

•   Intermediate tp advanced English (spoken and written)

Experience:

•   2 year of experience in accounting process
•   Knowledge in Accounting, Internal Control and Taxes
•   Experience on Microsoft (Excel, Word).
•   Ability to carry out responsibilities under general supervision
•   Ability to function as effective team member.
•   Strong customer and results orientation

Education: 

•   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is a must

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

•   Desirable experience in International Accounting Firms “Big 4”
